Hotel industry jobs PhoenixAnyone looking for hotel industry jobs Phoenix [1] may have better luck finding Scottsdale jobs (Click here [2]), as that city's hotel industry is performing better than any other in the nation.

A recent report from Smith Travel Research [3] found that the hotel industry in Scottsdale is performing better than the nation's top 25 hotel markets. During March, hotels in the Phoenix suburb saw an occupancy rate of 86.9 percent, and brought in $166.05 for each available room.

About 8 million tourists visit Scottsdale every year and generate about $3.6 billion for the local economy, supporting thousands of local employees [4]. Part of the city's draw is the number of professional sports teams that practice nearby during training or regular season, including the Arizona Diamondbacks, San Francisco Giants, and Colorado Rockies.
